Christmas Cranberry Spritzer
Makes one drink
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz cranberry juice
- 2 tsp rosemary simple syrup (see below)
- Top with ginger ale or sparkling water
Directions
Step One: Combine the vodka, cranberry juice, and simple syrup to a rocks glass and stir.
Step Two: Add ice and top with soda water or sparkling water.
Bonus: How to Make Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
In a small saucepan, bring the water, sugar and rosemary to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the heat and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup and discard the rosemary. Use immediately or store in an air-tight container for 2 days.
