In Wildly Delicious Season 2 Episode 2, we made healthy smoothies! These three healthy smoothie recipes are easy and quick to make for a veggie-filled breakfast or after school snack.
PS. If you don't have a fruit on hand or don't like a fruit, substitute it for something you do like. If you don't eat bananas, you can substitute it with avocado, mango, or yogurt. Don't have oranges but you have blood oranges? Perfect!
