Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number. 

Family Gardens are currently shipping within 3 weeks after recieving your order confirmation email.

Please be aware that carriers are still experiencing delays due to Covid and you may see delivery dates longer than the expected due date. 

 

Shipping Method Change:

We are unable to change your shipping method after you have placed your order, if you would like to change your shipping method we will need to cancel your order so you can repeat your order with the desired shipping method. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For all other items: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

At this time we don't offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@risegardens.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You have 90 days from the time of delivery to return your purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
