About our referral program

• What if my friend already owns a garden?

  The Referral program only works for new customers.

• How long does until I get my credits?

  After your friend makes a purchase, it takes 14 days uantil the approval process is complete. You will get an email when your credits are ready to be used!

• How does it work?

  If you are a Rise gardens owner, share your link to your friends. If they make a garden purchase then they get $50 off and you get $50 off to spend on seed pods, nutrients & accessories.

• What happens if my friends purchase is not approved for the program?

  Rise Gardens reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Credit that violates the Rise Gardens' Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a discount through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. Rise Gardens may delay any discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. Referrer OR Referred customer may NOT combine Referral discount with another offer and Referral discounts only apply on full price items. If you cancel your order, the discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.

• Is there a limit to send referral links?

  No limits! The more your share the more credits you get!
