  • If you’d like, you can skip the next subscription order by logging into your account on our website, HERE. Please note that your plants will always need nutrients!

  • Yes! Shipping is free for every subscription order.

  • Yes! There are no commitments, except to yourself. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription plan at any time. Remember, if you cancel your subscription, you won't be able to claim the promotion again.

  • Yes! After your first subscription order, you can change the delivery address for your subscription. If you have trouble, contact our Support Team by filling out this form.

  • Yes! You can make changes to the payment method for your subscription by logging into your account on our website, HERE, and clicking on the “Manage My Subscription” button.
