Summer is almost here, and what better way to enjoy the season than with refreshing cocktails infused with homegrown herbs? We've got some amazing cocktail recipes to help you make the most of it!

Peppermint Thyme Margarita

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Handful of fresh peppermint leaves
  • Spring of Thyme
  • Salt (for rim)

Directions

  1. Step One: Muddle the peppermint leaves in a shaker.
  2. Step Two: Add the tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup, and shake well.
  3. Step Three: Rim a glass with salt, fill it with ice, and strain the margarita into the glass.
  4. Step Four: Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.

 

Cilantro Lime Gin Fizz

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
  • Club soda

Directions

  1. Step One: Muddle the cilantro leaves in a shaker.
  2. Step Two: Add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup, and shake well.
  3. Step Three: Strain into a glass filled with ice, and top with club soda.
  4. Step Four: Garnish with a sprig of fresh cilantro.

 

Basil Lemon Drop Martini

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Sugar (for rim)

Directions

  1. Step One: Muddle the basil leaves in a shaker.
  2. Step Two: Add the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup, and shake well.
  3. Step Three: Rim a glass with sugar, fill it with ice, and strain the martini into the glass.
  4. Step Four: Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
